Shipping Policy & No Refund / No Exchange Information

  • Same-Day Shipping:  All orders must be placed before 3 PM EST to qualify for same-day shipping.


  • Shipping Carriers, Rates & Shipping Fees :

 We use a third-party shipping provider that gives us discounted shipping rates through UPS and USPS. We pass these discounted rates on to our customers whenever possible.

Because shipping labels are purchased through a third-party shipping platform and at discounted carrier rates, shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been shipped. Due to the way these services are processed, obtaining shipping refunds from carriers is often difficult or impossible.

Please note that USPS and UPS shipping rates are not flat-rate services. Shipping costs vary based on several factors, including:

  • Your delivery location

  • Distance from our shipping facility

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Carrier service selected

As a result, shipping costs may vary from customer to customer, even for similar orders.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that shipping fees are separate from the cost of products purchased and are non-refundable once shipping services have been rendered.


  • Delivery Times: Once your package has shipped, the estimated delivery time is provided by UPS or USPS. If there are delays beyond the estimated delivery date (e.g., you select one-day shipping but it takes longer), please understand that we are not responsible for these delays. While we ensure all orders are shipped promptly, delivery updates and timing are managed by the carriers.

  • No Refund / No Exchange: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products purchased. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

  • Lost, Delayed & Missing Package Policy

    Lost or Delayed Packages

    If your package appears to be lost or delayed, please allow at least 7 business days from the date the package was shipped before contacting us.

    After the 7-business-day waiting period, we will file a claim with UPS on your behalf. This process may help locate the package, push it through for delivery, or confirm that the package has been lost and requires replacement.

    Please note that UPS claim investigations typically take 3–5 business days to complete. During this time, UPS will investigate the shipment and provide an update regarding its status.

    If UPS confirms that the package is lost, we will proceed with the replacement process in accordance with our policies.

    Lost Package Form Requirement

    If your package is determined to be lost, you will be required to complete and sign a Lost Package Form before a replacement can be issued.

    This form helps protect against fraud and ensures accurate documentation of the claim.

    UPS Access Point Disclaimer

    We do not cover lost, missing, or stolen packages that are delivered to UPS Access Points.

    Due to the higher risk of theft and package-related issues at some Access Point locations, customers who choose this delivery option do so at their own risk.

    We strongly recommend having all UPS packages delivered directly to your residence or another secure location where you can personally receive and secure the package.

    Once a package has been marked as delivered to a UPS Access Point, we are not responsible for any loss, theft, or missing items.

    • Your order number

    • A screenshot of your tracking information

    • A valid photo ID

    • A completed Lost Package Form (which we will provide)

    Failure to submit the required documentation may delay or prevent the processing of your replacement request.
